The long-term aim is to stimulate economic regeneration while conserving the built heritage and protecting the environment within the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

These properties were once derelict and in poor repair and with the help of funding from the International Fund for Ireland, Down District Council and bank borrowings were restored and are now fully let.

Now that our bank borrowings have been repaid we are in a position to offer some financial help to deserving projects in line with our charitable objectives to suitable clubs, voluntary organisations, charities and associations in Newcastle.
